1. Information We Collect

Account Information: We collect your email address, username, and encrypted password.

Google OAuth Data: If you sign in using Google, we receive limited profile information from your Google account. This includes your email address, display name, and profile picture. We use this data solely to create and authenticate your FRUIT MAFIA account. We do not access, store, or use any other Google account data such as your Google contacts, calendar, Drive files, or search history. You can disconnect your Google account at any time through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Platform Integration Data: To facilitate rewards, we collect and store your Kick.com Username and/or unique Stripe Customer ID. This data is used solely to map external transactions (subs/gifts/payments) to your in-game Credit balance.

Affiliate & Referral Data: We collect information regarding who referred you to the Game and whom you have referred. This includes a history of "Commission Credits" earned through our 2-tier system.

Gameplay Data: We collect in-game actions, inventory status, Credit balances, and interaction logs with "AI Crew Members" to provide and balance the game service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe processes data subject to their own privacy policy.

Analytics & Tracking: We use Google Analytics to understand how players use FRUIT MAFIA. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, session duration, device type, browser, and anonymized IP address. This data helps us improve the game experience. Google processes this data under their own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

2. How We Use Your Information

Account Creation & Authentication: We use your email and profile information (including data received from Google if you sign in via Google OAuth) to create your account, authenticate your identity, and maintain your session.

Operate the Game: To maintain your FRUIT MAFIA empire and synchronize your assets.

Process Rewards & Commissions: To calculate and distribute "Commission Credits" across our 2-tier affiliate structure (33% for Tier 1; 17% for Tier 2).

Automated Syncing: We use automated scripts to verify Kick subscription events and immediately update your virtual Credit wallet.

Fraud Prevention: To identify and prevent "self-referral" loops, chargeback fraud, or marketplace manipulation.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. We share data only as necessary:

• Google: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we share your authentication request with Google. We do not transfer Google user data to any third party beyond what is necessary to provide the Game service.
• Stripe: For payment processing and processing "Cash Out" requests for affiliates.
• Kick.com (API): We verify your public subscription status via the Kick API to grant Credits.
• Referral Transparency: When you are referred by another User, that User (your "Referrer") may see your FRUIT MAFIA username and the amount of "Commission Credits" generated by your activity in their dashboard. No other personal or payment data is shared with Referrers.
• Infrastructure Providers: Supabase (Database/Auth) and Vercel (Hosting).

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption. Passwords are salted and hashed. Transactional data is handled via secure webhooks from Stripe and Kick. While we implement rigorous safeguards, no digital system is 100% secure; we notify users of any significant data breach as required by law.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of your personal data and transaction history.
• Correction: Update your linked Kick username or email.
• Deletion: Request account deletion. Note that upon deletion, all virtual Credits, licensed assets, and pending affiliate commissions are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our systems are configured to respect GPC signals regarding data sharing where applicable by law.

6. Children's Privacy

FRUIT MAFIA is a fictional strategy game intended for adults. You must be 18 years or older to create an account or participate in the affiliate program. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our game economy or platform integrations. We will notify you of significant changes via the email associated with your account.
